Cabbage Color

  I love the silvery purple color of this "red" cabbage reflecting sunlight.

Green Cabbage.  It's probably more than ready to pick.  But how do you pick a cabbage?  And will we really eat it?

    Fresh young cabbage makes wonderful coleslaw. Add shredded apple, some mayo and lime and sugar. Yummy.
