There's a pretty easy dollar bill butterfly I've made before that's fun to fold for tip-leaving at restaurants. A favorite dinner guest origami-folded his napkin into a cool flower-gift that he left behind.
And Sam loves paper-folding to keep himself busy during Sacrament meeting. :)
