Who is manipulating who?
Agents, Sellers?
"He is bluffing," they say.
We are trusting people,
With emotions victim.
It’s all about money
And fear.
Dear Sellers,
We understand you are scared.
We are people like you.
Take responsibility.
No one forced you to sign.
Like us, try to not let fear
Control decisions and actions.
That's a tough situation. I hope it will work out well for you. I was thinking cynical thoughts...that maybe because the house appraised for more than they were asking, they decided to back out. But that is my far away speculation.

ReplyDeleteThe sellers have known all along the home appraised for more than we are buying it. I'm sure it was a combination of reasons that they wanted to back out. Thankfully, us giving them more time (possibly combined with the potential that we might sue them)helped them be willing to proceed with the sale. We are still praying for their continued resolve.
