We didn't see the sun either. Sigh.
Yet, somehow, Roger's brother saw it. I don't know if they drove to find it. I really wanted to, but I wasn't energetic enough and was outvoted.
We had to drive about fifteen minutes to find a gap in the clouds, and a western horizon low enough, but we saw it for about 10 minutes.There are some really good photos of it on the web!
